Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead Supervisor to drive safe, efficient operations at our Maryland distribution center in Glen Burnie.

You will lead a team across receiving, inventory, replenishment, fulfillment, packing and shipping, while partnering with cross-functional leaders to exceed safety, quality and service goals. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of leadership in warehousing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proven ability to lead hourly and temporary staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, labor management, and process improvement.
• Experience with WMS, RF technology, and MS Office applications.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across functional areas to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals.
• Supervise and develop a team of full-time and temporary associates.
• Monitor key operational metrics and address performance gaps.
• Allocate labor and resources to meet changing demands.
• Promote safety and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct coaching, development discussions, and corrective actions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and staffing agencies for workforce planning.
