Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Coordinator for Warehouse Operations in our AME Operations team in Maryland. You will coordinate daily warehouse order flow, act as a contact for inquiries, and collaborate with Fulfillment, Inventory, IT, and other teams to resolve issues impacting order fulfillment.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse or logistics, and familiarity with ERP, WMS, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, logistics, customer service, or order management.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, RF scanners and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and release daily order batches in accordance with business priorities and capacity.
• Allocate, print, sort, and distribute orders to support warehouse execution.
• Monitor order queues to prevent delays and ensure smooth flow.
• Identify aging or stalled orders and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Manage the shared Fulfillment inbox and provide status updates.
• Handle exception flows and communicate changes to leadership.
• Assist with workload monitoring and priority adjustments.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and customer service.
