Pandora AME Operations is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations in Maryland. The role runs 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with potential full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.

You will handle merchandise, ensure quality, and maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in a warehouse setting, with strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and a team‑oriented

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, distribution, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic math skills and comfort with inventory or tracking systems.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
• Willingness to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and process returned or incoming merchandise in a warehouse environment.
• Inspect products for condition, accuracy, and quality based on established guidelines.
• Prepare items for resale, storage, or next processing stage, including cleaning and labeling.
• Perform basic data entry and tracking to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Support inventory organization and warehouse housekeeping standards.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as packing, sorting, and material handling.
• Participate in special projects and peak-volume support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
