Job summary

American Nitrile, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to ensure smooth material flow to and from production lines. The role collaborates with warehouse, production, and compounding teams to receive raw materials and packaging and prepare finished goods for shipment according to customer requirements.

The position requires experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in warehouse operations.
• One year experience with loading and shipping products in an industrial setting.
• One year experience with receiving functions.
• Strong knowledge of BOLs, Packing Lists, and Receiving documentation.
• Strong knowledge of pick and pack processes.
• Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operational needs, including: coordinating with the warehouse supervisor to ensure daily and weekly plans for goods received and goods going out.
• Work closely with the production supervisor and compounding manager on packaging and raws for the next 24 hours or for the next 72 hours of production.
• Manage time daily to ensure all requirements are met for the day’s needs.
• Coordinate with the warehouse supervisor for open orders to fulfill and ship to customers daily.
• Perform weekly cycle counts of specific lanes of the warehouse.
