iDig North America is seeking a highly organized and dependable Warehouse Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to manage the daily operation of our small warehouse and provide administrative and customer support to our customers and dealer network.

This is a hands-on, multi-functional position for someone who is comfortable managing warehouse activities while also working at a computer, communicating with customers, processing orders, preparing invoices, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

Because this is a small warehouse operation, the person in this role will have direct responsibility for making sure products are received, organized, processed, shipped, and properly documented. The position will also serve as an important point of contact for customers and dealers regarding orders, shipments, invoices, product availability, and general support.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and willing to take ownership of the entire order and fulfillment process from receipt through shipment and customer follow-up.
