Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Forklift experience and safe operation of material-handling equipment.
• Experience receiving, picking, packaging, staging, and handling materials.
• Basic computer skills and experience with ERP or warehouse-management systems.
• Strong organization, time-management, and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Ability to identify problems and follow issues through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process all incoming material and deliveries.
• Unload trucks and move materials using forklifts.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and other receiving documentation.
• Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or incorrect material.
• Accurately complete receiving transactions within the ERP system.
• Maintain organized receiving and staging areas and prevent material from remaining unidentified.
