Job summary

Nice North America seeks a Receiving Coordinator to handle inbound shipments and communications within a warehouse environment. You will unload containers, log items, verify shipments against records, and coordinate downstream deliveries with value-added services.

The role requires basic computer literacy, familiarity with WMS/Microsoft Office, and the ability to read safety instructions in English. Shifts may include day/evening/night hours in a distribution center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Receiving/ unloading experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand safety and quality instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Input inbound shipments into receiving log.
• Monitor emails and respond to inquiries.
• Inspect and verify received items against inbound details.
• Coordinate deliveries to/from Value Added Services (VAS).
• Document inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Inspect inbound freight and trailers for safety and compliance.
• Operate CubiScan and forklift safely; maintain records.
• Support order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
