Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to oversee warehouse administrative functions and support daily warehouse and repack operations.

The role requires proactive ownership of tasks, handling shipping documents, BOLs, and driver interactions, and providing hands‑on floor support as needed. The position involves managing audits, inventory counts, and ensuring accuracy of records, while collaborating with various teams to meet daily objectives and maintain safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Take ownership of warehouse administrative functions with accuracy.
• Coordinate visitor, contractor, and vendor check-in and site security.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouse, repack, inventory and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping manifests, receiving documents, and related transportation paperwork.
• Verify trailer numbers, seal numbers, shipment quantities, and supporting documentation prior to authorizing unloading activities.
• Coordinate dock activities and communicate effectively with transportation providers to support efficient loading and unloading operations.
• Assist inventory control activities including cycle counts, inventory audits, stock reconciliation, and transaction verification.
• Provide hands‑on support within warehouse and repack operations as business needs require.
