Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a team in a packaging/warehousing setting.
• Familiarity with OBM packaging equipment and repairs.
• Familiarity with automation controls.
• 2+ years packaging/warehousing experience, preferably in a high-speed bottling or canning facility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and with a team.
• Able to work flexible shifts including graveyard.
• AA degree or equivalent; 3+ years related experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team to meet packaging and warehouse schedules.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and improvements implemented.
• Assist in maintenance scheduling and repairs with the maintenance department.
• Help with safety monitoring and forklift operations.
• Maintain production and efficiency reporting.
• Receive shipments and manage paperwork.
• Conduct daily inventories and reconcile with production counts.
• Support on cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Participate in hiring decisions for department staff.
