Acme Tools is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Grand Forks, ND to help keep the distribution center running smoothly. You will analyze daily production, ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, and monitor workflow across departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel reporting skills and ability to interpret data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting.
• Excellent communication to monitor schedules and present findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in analyzing employee workflow and production data for efficiency.
• Recommend assignments to meet headcounts and production goals.
• Maintain assignment boards and schedules for team members.
• Ensure accurate placement and attendance reporting across the DC.
• Monitor SOP compliance and adapt processes as needed.
• Support replenishment and product flow to keep inventory accessible.
