Job summary

Acme Tools in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a DC Liaison to support the Distribution Center operations. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with other departments, and be the main contact for customer service and stores via phone, email, and Teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Willing and able to operate powered equipment (forklifts).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Distribution Center.
• Coordinate with Acme departments/locations to resolve customer issues.
• Serve as main contact for customer service and retailers via phone, email, and Teams.
• Assist with batch upkeep/cleaning and locating unprocessed items.
• Maintain spreadsheets and data for orders and POs to ensure timely operations.
• Support safety by following standards and reporting hazards.
• Assist with picking/processing orders and transfers for store/customer pickup.
