Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, asset tracking, or related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn inventory/shipping software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming equipment and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and locations.
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments to project sites.
• Stage equipment for upcoming projects with project teams.
• Support check-in/check-out processes for tools and assets.
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse and office areas.
• Communicate status updates with project managers and vendors.
