Job summary

Wesco in Ashland, VA is seeking a Coordinator in Operations to support our warehouse team. You will prioritize and route orders, assist across the facility, and help manage daily tasks in the warehouse management system.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3+ years in order management within a warehouse or production setting, and 1 year in operations or logistics. Strong problem-solving and basic computer skills are required.

• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support team by coordinating and managing documentation
• Identify potential problems in processes and work with management team to resolve
• Coordinate with local managers and supervisors to align employees and workflow
• Act as team lead on small or special projects
• Manage multiple communication systems to ensure internal customer requests are accomplished
• Manage daily order and task production in our warehouse management system
