Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support shipping and receiving tasks within the supply chain. You will assist with loading/unloading goods, pack/unpack shipments, and perform data entry into inventory systems to keep accurate records.

The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, safe warehouse, performing light maintenance, and following established procedures under supervision. This position requires basic math, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience; forklift/power equipment certification may be required.
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, climb, and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise from cars or trucks.
• Pack and unpack shipments; scan, shelve parts, pull orders, and data entry into inventory systems.
• Maintain clean and safe working environments; sweep and mop floors.
• Perform general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs of tools.
• Maintain upkeep of stockroom and storage areas; merge stock to improve space usage.
• Label materials under required procedures.
• Audit warehouse inventory with physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.
• Follow defined procedures; perform duties under close supervision and guidance.
