Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support stock management, shipments, pools, and work orders. The role involves handling administrative duties across warehouse operations and collaborating with the operations team.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 3–5 years in a similar role, and strong computer and communication skills. The position requires physical activity and may involve lifting and driving to project sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to think independently and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

• Receive emails for incoming orders and print labels
• Scan packing slips and attach to purchase orders
• Call customers 24–48 hours prior to delivery
• Line up quick ship couriers
• Assist with closeout documents for the branch
• Other duties as assigned
