Job summary

Viking Electric in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to move products from our warehouse to customers in a fast-paced, safety‑minded environment. You will join a collaborative team and contribute to accurate order fulfillment.

Youll learn to operate lift equipment and scanning devices, with training provided. The role offers full-time hours, 9am start, and a competitive hourly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, or up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and move boxes safely using a forklift, pallet jack, handcart, reach trucks, or other device (training provided).
• Count, check and record items coming into or shipped out of the warehouse.
• Use a handheld device to scan barcodes and labels and track inventory levels.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize and route material for delivery or storage.
• Help keep products free from damage and organized.
• Follow procedures that keep the warehouse safe and secure.
