Job summary

Viking Electric, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler - Receiving in Milwaukee, WI. This part-time role supports inbound/outbound processes, helping move products from warehouse to trucks while maintaining accuracy and safety.

You will learn to operate equipment such as forklifts and handheld scanners, perform scans, packaging, labeling, and ensure inventory is accurate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Able to stand, walk and perform repetitive warehouse tasks for shift.
• Willingness to learn forklift/handheld scanning equipment with training.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and move boxes using warehouse equipment with safety.
• Count and record incoming/outgoing items and scan barcodes.
• Assemble, package, label, and route material for delivery or storage.
• Maintain organized, damage-free inventory and follow safe procedures.
