Qualifications

• At least one year of recent forklift/warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling operations.
• Forklift experience and ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Familiarity with inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials and products.
• Stage and deliver materials to production, warehouse, or operational areas to support workflow and productivity.
• Accurately pick, pull, and prepare materials for production orders, customer orders, and deliveries.
• Assist with pre-staging and preparation of scheduled shipments and deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently while ensuring materials are protected from damage.
• Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product specifications prior to shipment or delivery.
• Maintain organized storage locations and material flow throughout the facility.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies.
• Label, organize, and store materials according to company standards and operational requirements.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all equipment operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with warehouse, production, shipping, delivery, and operations teams to support business needs.
• Assist delivery personnel with loading, unloading, and material placement activities as needed.
• Support efficient communication and coordination across departments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged materials, or operational concerns promptly.
