Job summary

QXO in the United States is seeking a Yard Associate to support safe, efficient yard and warehouse operations in an outdoor environment. You will assist customers, handle materials, prepare orders, and keep the yard organized while delivering excellent service.

You'll pull, stage, and load materials, operate forklifts (training provided), verify quantities, and help with inventory flow. The role requires dependability, safety focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Team-oriented with a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift 20–75 pounds.
• Experience in lumberyard, warehouse or construction preferred.
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities
