Job summary

QXO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join its outdoor yard and indoor warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will help customers, locate products, load materials, and ensure accurate order preparation with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include staging orders, operating forklifts when trained, and maintaining organized storage while complying with PPE and safety policies. Applicants should be able to lift 50–75 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a lumberyard, warehouse, building materials, or construction environment.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong customer service, accuracy, and safety focus in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers, drivers, and contractors.
• Assist customers in locating products and loading materials safely and efficiently.
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately; verify quantities before shipment.
• Operate forklifts and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized yard and warehouse and follow safety policies.
