Job summary

QXO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping of building materials. You will help maintain accurate inventory, assist customers and drivers with loading, and uphold a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The role requires dependability, strong attention to detail, and teamwork across warehouse and operations. You may operate forklifts and hand trucks and support safety initiatives daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, stage, and ship materials to fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain organized storage locations and accurate inventory records; assist with cycle counts.
• Assist customers and drivers with loading materials and customer pickups; coordinate with teams.
• Follow safety policies, PPE requirements, and keep work areas clean and hazard-free.
