QXO is seeking a Material Handler to support daily yard and warehouse operations, accurately pulling, staging, and loading materials for delivery or production. The role emphasizes order accuracy, safety, and keeping workflows moving in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and safety-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or material handling operations.
• Ability to lift and move materials and follow OSHA safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials.
• Stage and deliver materials to production or warehouse areas.
• Accurately pick, pull, and prepare materials for orders.
• Assist with pre-staging and preparation of shipments and deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks safely and protect materials from damage.
• Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product specs.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed; perform inspections.
• Maintain organized storage and monitor inventory levels.
• Support cross-department communication and continuous improvement.
