QXO is seeking a Material Handler to support daily yard and warehouse operations in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will pull, stage, and load materials for delivery or production, ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with drivers. Forklift experience and strong teamwork are highly valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and prepare materials based on work orders or tickets.
• Verify quantities and record pulled materials for accuracy.
• Load and secure materials onto delivery vehicles.
• Unloading inbound materials and organizing inventory.
• Stage orders in correct sequence for efficient delivery routes.
• Inspect materials for quality and report damages or shortages.
• Operate forklifts and yard equipment safely.
• Assist drivers and team to ensure timely orders.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow procedures.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
