Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move, load, unload, and organize building materials across warehouse and yard areas. You will support deliveries, receiving, and inventory accuracy while adhering to safety standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and experienced with forklifts in fast-paced distribution environments. Early start times, overtime, and weekend work may be required based on delivery volume.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous forklift or material-handling experience.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, yard, or similar environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout warehouse and yard.
• Prepare customer orders for deliveries.
• Verify products and quantities before loading.
• Assist with receiving and customer pickups.
• Support inventory counts and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and yard areas.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and report issues.
