Job summary

US Foods, a leading foodservice distributor, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead operations with safety, service and cost in mind. You will manage personnel, drive efficient processes, and ensure accurate receiving and storage of inbound product and loading of outbound product.

The role requires three years of warehouse distribution experience and at least one year of people leadership. A high school diploma or GED is required; college degree is preferred. HACCP and PCQI certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to maintain a safety-first culture.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
• Drive engagement and retention through effective leadership and recognition.
• Recruit and onboard warehouse staff in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensure accurate orders are staged and loaded onto trucks for shipping.
