Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in a high-volume environment. You will lead safety-first initiatives, supervise a diverse team of warehouse staff, and ensure accurate receiving, storage and outbound loading while maintaining cost controls.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling shifts, ensuring MSS/FSQA compliance, and collaborating with operations leadership to optimize efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year overseeing a workforce.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture and ensure injury-free operations.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise work to achieve accurate orders and smooth shipping/receiving.
• Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with leadership to control costs.
