Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.

• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure all associates stay injury-free and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee and develop warehouse staff through coaching and training; address performance gaps.
• Maintain open communication to ensure efficient workflow and cohesive team.
• Direct and supervise warehouse personnel to meet productivity targets and safety standards.
• Schedule shifts, coordinate packing and loading, and ensure accurate orders for shipping.
