Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first warehouse culture and drive injury-free operations.
• Coach and develop warehouse associates, address gaps, and monitor performance.
• Maintain clear communication and direct workflow for efficiency.
• Supervise and motivate teams to meet productivity and safety targets.
• Hire and onboard warehouse staff with Sr. Managers and evaluate performance.
• Oversee order accuracy, staging, and loading onto trucks for shipping or receiving.
• Monitor productivity metrics and coach to improve efficiency and reduce shorts.
• Assign dock locations for inbound carriers and ensure proper stock placement.
• Maintain facility safety and equipment, coordinate repairs and upkeep.
