Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a safety‑driven operation and coach a team of warehouse associates toward efficient receiving, storage, and loading for timely customer deliveries.

You will monitor performance, enforce SOPs, and partner with leadership to reduce shrink and control costs. A minimum of three years in warehouse distribution and one year of people leadership are required; HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution required.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required.
• Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements; strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to maintain a safety-first warehouse culture.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and policy training.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Drive associate engagement, retention, and adherence to US Foods values.
• Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure accurate orders are prepared, stored properly, and ready for shipping or receiving.
