Job summary

US Foods seeks a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a team in our distribution facility. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency in receiving, storage, and order fulfillment, while coaching staff and ensuring on-time loading of outbound orders.

The role requires strong leadership, at least three years in warehouse operations, and familiarity with OSHA and HACCP standards. A high school diploma or GED is required; some colleges are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution required.
• Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure a safety-first warehouse culture.
• Oversee and coach warehouse associates, addressing gaps in performance.
• Direct and supervise work to ensure accurate orders and efficient loading.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, manage storage and staging for shipments and receipts.
• Schedule shifts and allocate dock locations for inbound carriers.
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics and take corrective action when needed.
