S&S Firestone, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse and distribution operations in a hands-on role. You will supervise staff, coordinate with third-party logistics, and ensure efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, POS, word processing and spreadsheets.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Manual labor capable; lift up to 150 lbs; operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution and warehouse operations, staff and 3PL coordination.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, inventory, routes and bin management.
• Ensure productivity, safety and security of the warehouse.
• Schedule and coordinate shipping/receiving to optimize efficiency and cut costs.
• Oversee loading/unloading, returns and shipment documentation.
• Maintain cycle counts and resolve inventory issues.
• Supervise warehouse staff: scheduling, training and performance.
• Enforce safety standards and support monthly safety audits.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and warehouse cleanliness.
• May assume Operations/General Manager duties in absence.
