Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee the handling of customer products, assign work, and lead warehouse teams while maintaining safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Excellent communication and supervision skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel through written or oral instructions, including unloading, outbound staging, loading, labeling freight.
• Supervise tasks performed by warehouse personnel to meet customer needs.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report to maintenance.
• Advise associates on care and preservation of product and equipment usage.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by assisting associates in warehouse functions.
