Job summary

Wausau Supply Company is seeking a Distribution Manager to oversee warehouse operations, safety, and staff, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of building materials. You will coordinate with teams, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills within an ESOP-owned organization. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse office and staff, ensuring safety procedures.
• Maintain facility and equipment, ensuring quality materials are distributed on schedule.
• Communicate daily objectives and adjust staffing/routes as needed.
• Review delivery routes and performance reports with leadership.
• Ensure customer commitments are met and maintain clean, safe work environment.
• Perform monthly/annual performance reviews and coordinate with Distribution leadership.
