Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and 5 years supervisory experience in warehouse distribution.
• Strong knowledge of FDA and OSHA compliance requirements and company policies.
• Experience forecasting and managing operating budgets and providing variance analysis.
• Ability to enforce regulatory requirements and build relationships with leadership, staff, customers and vendors.

Aufgaben

• Direct the warehouse department in strategic and day-to-day activities.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards across operations.
• Develop, communicate and implement warehouse policies and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop warehouse supervisors; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and security systems per OSHA standards.
