Job summary

Groupe SEB North America is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Irvine, CA to lead and optimize logistics and warehouse operations across the supply chain. You will drive cost reduction, improve service levels, and coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance experience, with a focus on digital transformation through TMS, WMS, SAP, and eWM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, spare parts/equipment context with international presence.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and lead a team.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and supply chain networks to ensure service delivery.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with budgeting, cost management, and financial planning in logistics.
• Experience with warehousing, material handling, and shipping regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with SAP or Oracle and eWM.
• MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) – advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to streamline warehouse and logistics operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Supply & Demand Planning, Customer Solutions, Sales, and Production for integrated logistics.
• Develop and execute inbound/outbound transportation strategies with external providers and factories.
• Drive digital transformation of logistics using TMS, WMS, SAP, and eWM to improve visibility and performance.
• Align logistics with customer expectations to reduce lead times and improve service levels.
• Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness of logistics and warehouse operations.
• Lead budget development for logistics and warehousing, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal audit requirements.
• Develop inventory management strategies with regular cycle counts and end-year audits.
• Coach and develop warehouse and logistics teams to foster continuous improvement.
