Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of warehouse operations, materials management, inventory control, or supply chain experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, inventory control, material management, and kitting operations across multiple shifts.
• Develop, coach, and mentor team members with a focus on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee receiving, inventory movement, replenishment, shipping, and material availability for uninterrupted manufacturing.
