Job summary

CREATIVE INNOVATION INC is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize high-volume U.S. warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.

You will drive KPI performance, cost control, and process improvements across a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehousing and 3+ years of U.S.-based management experience, with strong Mandarin and English communication skills

Qualifications

• Must have legal work authorization in the United States; visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates.
• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or related operations experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a U.S.-based warehouse environment.
• Experience with high-volume B2C fulfillment, e-commerce fulfillment, and Amazon FBA.
• Experience with large-scale facilities (300,000–500,000+ sq ft) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English for daily communication with China-based teams and U.S. operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of large-scale U.S. warehouses, including receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, labeling, packing, shipping, returns, and cycle counting.
• Monitor KPIs such as labor productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, space utilization, fulfillment efficiency, and costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, optimize manpower, and support growth.
• Establish and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and job instructions for scalable operations.
• Plan warehouse capacity based on volume, seasonality, inventory, labor availability, and priorities.
• Lead, train, and evaluate supervisors and frontline staff to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, inventory, purchasing, finance, HR, and senior management to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards and internal procedures.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Support new warehouse setups, expansions, and layout planning.
