Job summary

You bring a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least eight years in logistics, plus three years of supervision, with strong leadership and KPI-driven mindset to improve labor productivity and process efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; 8 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
3 years of supervisory experience.
Expert knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, and transportation logistics.
SAP experience related to warehouse management (EWM, ECC, SAP).
Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe working environment by conducting regular safety inspections, ensuring on-time training completion, and enforcing safety protocols.
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment for domestic and international shipments.
Develop and execute daily workforce and staffing strategies by aligning resources with workload, shipping schedules, and customer orders.
Implement and monitor KPIs to track progress and drive operational excellence for inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, labor productivity, order fulfillment, and safety.
Responsible for the line supply of materials from the semi-finished goods warehouse to production areas, including raw materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components, minimizing downtime and production delays.
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
