Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership preferably.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing with international scope.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach and lead teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Budgeting, cost management and financial planning in logistics.
• Regulatory warehousing experience.
• SAP or Oracle and eWM experience.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to streamline warehouse and logistics operations across the supply chain.
• Partner with internal departments for integrated logistics and warehousing.
• Develop inbound and outbound transportation strategies with external providers.
• Drive digital transformation using TMS, WMS, SAP and eWM to improve visibility and performance.
• Align logistics strategies with customer expectations to improve service levels.
• Establish KPIs to measure logistics and warehouse effectiveness.
• Lead the development of logistics budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal audit requirements.
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory management and cycle counts.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse and logistics teams to foster continuous improvement.
