Job summary

Solventum is hiring a Logistics Senior Supervisor in Irvine, CA to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and optimize material flow from raw materials to production.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least eight years of experience in warehouse management with three years in supervision, plus SAP expertise. Expect to drive KPI-based improvements and shoulder travel up to 10% for domestic/international shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field and eight (8) years of combined experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Three (3) years experience in a supervisory role.
• Expert knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling systems, and transportation logistics; SAP experience related to warehouse management systems (EWM, ECC, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment for domestic and international shipments.
• Develop and execute daily workforce and staffing strategies by aligning resources with workload, shipping schedules, and customer orders; ensure effective labor utilization and shift coverage.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to track progress and drive operational excellence for inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, labor productivity, order fulfillment accuracy, and safety performance.
• Manage line supply of materials from semi-finished goods to various production areas, including raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods; coordinate with production teams for timely delivery of materials.
