Job summary

Groupe SEB seeks a Supply Planner for North America to develop and execute the supply plan, ensuring optimal inventory levels, on-time supply, and minimal SLOBS, cost, and complexity. Based in Irvine, CA with a hybrid work schedule, the role emphasizes stock availability, master data, reporting, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement across functions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field and at least 2 years in planning, plus advanced Excel and SAP/ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a planning role.
• Strong sense of urgency and customer centricity.
• LEAN mindset with ability to take calculated risks.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in the business plan and implement countermeasures to meet budget targets for net sales, inventories, and service level.
• Ensure stock availability for assigned SKUs and products.
• Full cycle purchase order management, including tracking and follow-up.
• Review and manage purchase requisitions.
• Master data management and improvements.
• Support or own management reporting.
• Escalate stock availability issues with suppliers/factories.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.
• Manage safety stock, lead times, and supplier collaboration.
• Oversee SLOB and product lifecycle.
