Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Durham, NC to support warehouse operations within the Supply Chain function. You will handle shipping and receiving tasks, load/unload merchandise, and manage data entry into inventory systems.

Responsibilities include packing/unpacking shipments, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with basic maintenance. Strong organizational and basic math skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• May require forklift, aerial lift, and power pallet jack certifications.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform stooping, standing, climbing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading merchandise from vehicles.
• Pack/unpack shipments; process, scan, and shelve parts; enter data into inventory systems.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces; sweep and mop floors.
• Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs.
• Maintain stockroom and storage areas; optimize space usage; label materials.
• Audit inventory reports through physical checks for accuracy.
