Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Redmond, WA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks.

You will assist with loading/unloading, packing/unpacking shipments, data entry, and inventory control, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following defined procedures under supervision. The role involves stockroom upkeep, basic maintenance, labeling, and auditing inventory to ensure accurate system records.

• Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs of tools.
• Maintain upkeep of stockroom and storage areas; merge existing stock to improve space usage.
• Perform labeling of materials under required procedures.
• Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks.

This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
• Help pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into the inventory control systems.
• Maintain clean and safe working environments. Sweep and mop floors.
• Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs of tools.
• Maintain upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage.
• Perform labeling of materials under required procedures.
• Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
