Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse operations. You will handle shipping and receiving tasks and assist with loading, unloading, packing, and data entry into inventory systems.

Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with basic maintenance of tools. You will follow defined procedures under close supervision to deliver accurate stock handling and updates to inventory records.

Qualifications

• Experience with loading/unloading merchandise or material.
• Ability to process, scan, and shelve parts; enter data into inventory systems.
• Commitment to clean, safe working environments and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
• Help pack and unpack shipments; process, scan, and shelve parts; enter data into inventory systems.
• Maintain clean and safe working environments; sweep and mop floors.
• Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs of tools.
• Maintain upkeep of stockroom and storage areas; merge stock to improve space usage.
• Label materials under required procedures.
• Audit warehouse inventory reports with physical checks for accuracy.
• Follow defined procedures; perform tasks under close supervision and guidance.
