Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks, contributing to the Supply Chain function.

You will assist with loading/unloading, packing/unpacking shipments, data entry into inventory systems, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic math, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; forklift or pallet jack certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.
• Physical requirements include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills to calculate simple figures like percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
• Help pack and unpack shipments, including processing, scanning, shelving parts, pulling orders, and data entry into inventory control systems.
• Maintain clean and safe working environments; sweep and mop floors.
• Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs of tools.
• Maintain upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage.
• Perform labeling of materials under required procedures.
• Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision and guidance.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes.
