Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to manage shipping/receiving, storing, and issuing materials from stockrooms or warehouses. You will ensure safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, verifying shipments, and coordinating with carriers to optimize routes and costs. Strong attention to detail and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving.
• Technical training with certificate/diploma in HVAC/electrical/mechanical systems.
• Active driver's license with a good driving record; strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents and shipping orders; pack, seal, and label materials for shipping via various carriers.
• Verify outgoing shipments against records for accuracy.
• Decide shipping methods based on routes and rates; manage carrier arrangements.
• Record shipment data, weights, charges, and discrepancies for reporting and accounting.
• Inspect received items, report damages, and stock accordingly in warehouses.
