Job summary

Powerfleet is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support the Tampa Logistics Center. The role balances administrative duties with hands-on warehouse floor activities, ensuring accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to procedures.

You will collaborate with the Warehouse Manager, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, generate KPI reports in Excel, and use ERP/WMS systems to maintain records and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution center operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, sorting, filtering, reporting, pivot tables, and lookup function.

Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Manager in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse records, documentation, and transaction accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
