Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Warehouse Operator / Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, optimize space, and ensure accurate inventory records. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks and handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping using SAP.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and teamwork as you monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to fulfill orders efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proficient with SAP or similar inventory systems.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations, inventory storage, and space utilization.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Perform receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory transactions in SAP.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report obsolete or low-stock materials.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and suppliers to support order fulfillment.
• Identify capacity constraints and recommend improvement solutions.
• Follow TOP and safety requirements.
• Support inventory control processes and achieve Safety, Delivery, Cost, and Quality (SDCQ) targets.
