Job summary

Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Houston to support daily operations and act as a hub between Customer Service, Planning, Shipping, Receiving, Quality Control and Production.

You will manage documentation, plan shipments, handle cross-department requests, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely inbound and outbound operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stand and lift up to moderate weights as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules with carriers.
• Prepare packing slips, BOLs, and shipping documents.
• Create and manage CSRs and production documents for shipments.
• Maintain shipping and production plans and end-of-day docs.
• Support cross-department communications between CS, Planning, Shipping, Receiving, QC and Production.
