Job summary

Optech Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to optimize inbound/outbound shipments and warehouse processes. You will ensure inventory accuracy, SOP compliance, and safe operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-dock activities, supervising staff, and maintaining detailed shipping and inventory records. A forklift certification and cross-border logistics familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse coordination experience in cross-dock or logistics.
• Certified forklift operator or ability to obtain certification.
• Proficiency with WMS, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Experience with cross-border logistics and customs procedures is a plus.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-dock operations and inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Track shipments and inventory using WMS and TMS; monitor space utilization and SOP compliance.
• Lead warehouse associates, assign tasks, and provide training.
• Maintain documentation for shipments, inventory, and compliance forms; generate reports.
